Within me is an island of sanity which is my best self. It is my one source for power and my reservoir for strength which I find when 'I BELIEVE' in myself.
I may show that part of me to others only when I think it is safe to speak the 'TRUTH'. Therefore I must try to be with people who care about 'me' as that brings out 'my best'.
Acceptance when nurtured by simplicity and maintained in vulnerability always brings out 'my best self'.
My best self will never elude me when I 'speak the truth' and 'love myself'.
I have less to give the world when I live a life that is 'less than my best'.
I must always try to use the words "I love", "I understand", "I forgive", "I trust" and "I accept" to start my sentences as my best is always defined by giving.
My best self is childlike, open-eyed with wonder and expecting to produce magic.
When I am "a friend to the world" then I keep company with "my best self".
